1. Our Service

Remote-Workforce provides a platform that enables users to arrange and schedule fulfillment of various services (“Requests”) by providers of such services (“Assistants”).

1.1 Eligibility
This is a contract between you and Remote-Workforce. You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract and only in compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws. Any access by users under 13 (or under 16 in Europe) is prohibited.

1.2 Limited License
You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service as permitted. Remote-Workforce reserves all rights not expressly granted.

1.3 User Accounts
You are responsible for your account, its security, and all activities. By providing your email, you consent to communication from us at info@remote-workforce.com. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

1.4 Service Rules
You agree not to engage in prohibited activities including, but not limited to, unauthorized scraping, hacking, transmitting malware, impersonation, or commercial solicitation without permission.

1.5 Changes to Service
We may modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

1.6 Disputes with Other Users
Remote-Workforce is not responsible for disputes between Users.

2. Our Proprietary Rights

The Service and all associated content are the property of Remote-Workforce. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

3. Paid Services

3.1 Billing

Certain features require payment. Terms are outlined during your transaction.

3.2 No Refunds

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Solicitation of Assistants

Hiring Assistants directly without permission requires a fee of $5,000 per assistant.

3.4 Free Trials

Trials automatically transition into paid plans unless canceled prior to the trial ending.

3.5 Automatic Renewal

Paid services renew automatically unless you cancel by contacting info@remote-workforce.com.

3.6 Payment Information

You must provide accurate billing information.

3.7 California Residents

California residents may report complaints to the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

4. No Professional Advice

The information on the Service is informational only and should not substitute for professional advice.

5. Security

While we strive to protect your information, Remote-Workforce cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Links and Information

Remote-Workforce is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Remote-Workforce for any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Remote-Workforce’s liability is limited to the amount you paid or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Waiver

10.3 Class Action/Jury Trial Waiver
You agree to bring claims individually and waive rights to class actions or jury trials.

11. Additional Terms for Mobile Applications

Mobile app usage is governed by additional terms, including compliance with app store policies.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Assignment
You may not assign rights under this Agreement without our consent.

12.2 Changes
We may modify this Agreement and will notify you by updating this page.

12.3 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and Remote-Workforce.

12.4 No Waiver
Failure to enforce rights does not waive rights.
